Postage
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $4.00 per order. If you would like your order sent express or registered post please contact me. Local pickup is available for anyone in the Launceston area, please contact me before checkout if you would like to pick your order up.

Returns
I always aim to have all items posted out securely but sometimes accidents do happen. If you do receive an item that has been damaged in the mail please contact me for a replacement/refund within 7 days of receiving item.
