What payment methods can be used?
Bank account deposit/transfer and paypal. If you wish to pay via another method please contact me.

How much is postage?
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $4.00 per order, however if this is excessive for your order I will refund the difference. If you require express or registered post please contact me. There is also the option of local pickup for people in the Launceston area, if you would like to pick up your order please contact me before checkout.

What happens if I receive something that is damaged in the mail?
Items can be returned for full refund/exchange within the first 7 days after purchase. Complete care is taken when sending items but sometimes things can be broken in the mail. If this does happen please contact me straight away.

How do I get something made to order?
If you don't see what you are after on my website or need something for a special occasion please contact me and let me know what you are looking for. I can then make up a few items for you to have a look at and you can decide which one you would like.

What if I get something made to order and it's not what I imagined it would be?
If I do make something up to order you are under no obligation to buy anything at all. If what I make isn't what you were after please let me know as I can make something else up for you. I always aim to make you something as close to what you are after as I can.

How can I leave feedback after receiving my order?

Can I have my order sent directly to someone else as a present?
Yes, at checkout just add the alternative name and address. Also, leave me a note to let me know that it is for a present so I can wrap it accordingly for you.

If I am allergic to base metals can I have something made in sterling silver or real gold?
Yes, I can make items in sterling silver and 9 carat gold. Most of my items are made using allergy friendly surgical steel and are fine for allergies but there are always exceptions. Items made in sterling silver or 9 carat gold will cost a little more, so if you are after something please contact me.

I only want part of a set, can they be broken down?
Yes, all sets can be broken down into their individual pieces so if there is a set you would only like part of please email me to let me know.

When I search for an item I get too many products as a result, how can I fix this?
The search function on the site works too well if anything, as it searches every word separately and finds every item with those words either in the name or description. The best way to search is to choose one word, and if it is from the name of an item choose the least common one to get fewer results.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
